AI-Presented Caring for the Caregiver: Tips to Reduce Burnout and Stress

Please join us on https://www.facebook.com/popinfl for our AI-Presented Series, “Caring for the Caregiver” on Wednesday, April 27th, starting at 5 -6 PM (EST), as we discuss YOU, the caregiver! This four-module Series was designed to help us remember to care for ourselves, too.

We will discuss ways that our children’s needs impact us and complete a small activity to realistically evaluate how we are taking care of our own needs. We all know that you can’t fill others’ buckets if you are not actively filling your own.

Each module is roughly ten minutes long, and there will be breaks between each. You can watch all modules consecutively, or at your leisure!
Module I: 5:00 PM
Module II: 5:15 PM
Module III: 5:30 PM
Module IV: 5:45 PM
