This program assists families of Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSHCN) and professionals so they can make informed decisions about health care through support, training, assistance and resources. Family Network on Disabilities provides comprehensive special needs trust services, including service as a trustee, co-trustee, or trust administrator. We handle all types of special needs trusts, including pooled trusts.
