Family STAR Talks with the Expert

Children’s eye care needs are different from those of adults. Early diagnosis and treatment of childhood eye diseases and disorders significantly impact your child’s physical, emotional, and social development. Children with certain medical conditions such as intellectual disabilities, developmental delay, Down syndrome, neurofibromatosis, prematurity, or behavioral issues benefit significantly from a comprehensive eye examination by a pediatric ophthalmologist. Join us for a conversation with a pediatric ophthalmologist, Dr. Cristina Fernandez, to discuss these issues and share resources.
