Wrightslaw programs are designed to meet the needs of parents, educators, health care providers, advocates, and attorneys who represent children with disabilities regarding special education. The program is not disability specific.

One-day special education law and advocacy program focus on four areas:

  1. Special Education Law, rights and responsibilities.
  2. Tests and measurements to measure progress & regression
  3. SMART IEP’s
  4. Introduction to tactics & strategies for effective advocacy

CEU’s (0.6) and CLE’s (0.7) are approved for the
professional registrant.
