At Family Network on Disabilities, we support families of children with special health care needs. As the statewide Family Health Information Center, we’re here to help you partner with healthcare providers to ensure the best care for your child. Before appointments, write down your concerns, bring updates, and take notes. During the visit, ask for clear explanations and collaborate on a care plan. Afterward, review the information, schedule follow-ups, and update medical records.
