¿Los servicios de educación especial pueden perjudicar a mi hijo en el futuro?
(In English: Can special education services “label” or harm my child in the future?)

¿Sólo se ofrecen servicios de educación especial a estudiantes con residencia legal en Estados Unidos?
(In English: Are special education services available only to students with legal residence in the U.S?)

¿La clasificación de ELL (English Language Learner) se considera una discapacidad?
(In English: Is the classification of English Language Learner considered a disability?)

¿Sólo se pueden hacer las evaluaciones en inglés?, ¿No se pueden traducir a otros idiomas?

No entiendo inglés muy bien, ¿tengo derecho a pedir un intérprete para hablar con la escuela si tengo dudas relacionadas a la educación de mi hijo? ¿Puedo pedir también para otras reuniones como las de IEP?
