Early detection is important because it combats future health and mental well being. Mental Illness is treatable and should be done as early as possible.

There are many different types of anxiety disorders, some include generalized anxiety disorder, phobias, social anxiety, and panic disorder.

Some symptoms of depression include:
having trouble with school work,
not enjoying activities you once enjoyed,
anger and rage,
suicidal thoughts or actions,
changes in sleeping or eating habits,
and restlessness and agitation are just some.
