Beginning the Journey – Early Intervention series

October 26 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

Event Flyer

“Give a child intervention and they will learn for a day, give a family intervention and they will learn for a lifetime”

Join us in this webinar to explore the process of securing early intervention services. We will also share about the importance of family involvement during the early intervention sessions. In addition, we are going to discuss how families will be able to connect with professionals who teach them how to improve the development of their children through everyday activities.

Part I:

Each child grows at an individual pace, but research shows that a child’s first three years are the most important time for learning. Getting help early puts your child on the right path to learn and develop at their full potential. This training educates families on Early Intervention and how it is provided to support families and caregivers in developing the competence and confidence to help their child learn and develop.

Part II:

Beginning the Journey, Part II explains the process of transitioning from the Early Intervention Services (0-3 sometimes referred to Part C) to the school system (3-22 sometimes referred to Part B) safeguards for families.
