As Congress begins moving to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act, the Association of Maternal & Child Health Programs (AMCHP) today announced a monthly National MCH Policy Call series to regularly provide AMCHP members with the latest information. The series will also foster dialogue on how state maternal and child health (MCH) leaders can best navigate the changing health policy landscape.
The first conference in the National MCH Policy Call series is set for Thursday, Feb. 2, from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. EST. Click here to register for the call. Please mark your calendar now for subsequent calls on March 2, April 6, May 5, and June 1, all at 2:00 p.m. EST.
In addition to creating and hosting the series of conference calls, to be conducted the first Thursday of each month, AMCHP will conduct and share non-partisan analysis of the potential impact of ACA repeal and replace measures on MCH populations as relevant bills are released.
